Anytime you fancy going to Zagreb, you should check out the coffee houses as they have shown their prowess in making a large cappuccino. So eat your hearts out Costa and Starbucks, Croatia is better than you!
Over 1000 baristas in Zagreb teamed up to make a 1000 litre cup of cappuccino to break a Guinness world record for the world’s largest cup of coffee. Now I’m not a fan of coffee, but I would love to just dive straight into that!
They managed to fill up the giant cup in around THREE hours; and although it isn’t the highest unofficially due to a feat in 2009 by Prague by 100 litres, they still officially beat them; so up yours Prague!
The 2012 litre cappuccino is probably currently undergoing its emptying process, god speed to the man, woman or child who has to down that for a bet.
