Californian bike enthusiast Henry Wolf has filed a lawsuit against BMW after claiming that a four-hour journey on one of their motorbikes has given him an erection lasting more than 20 months.
Wolf’s lawsuit claims that the incident has left him, “unable to engage in sexual activity, which is causing him substantial emotional and mental anguish.”
He is suing BMW for loss of wages, medical expenses, emotional distress and “general damage”.
His condition is said to be an extreme case of priapism – a condition in which the patient suffers from a prolonged and usually painful erection that last for several hours. The condition is not linked to stimulation or sexual desire, and does not subside after ejaculation.
These must be ‘hard’ times for the poor bloke.
