Today sees the first ever Irish National Potato Day. We’re all aware of how much the Irish depend on the common spud for all their needs, from food, to using it for their mating dances with fellow ginger potato eaters, it’s about time they celebrated their country’s secondary form of produce. So when is national Guinness day?
