Workers fall ill over cannabis brownies
Three tax office workers in Victoria, Canada fell ill after a work colleague unknowingly gave them chocolate brownies with cannabis in them.
The workers were taken to hospital after feeling dizzy and disorientated. Their colleague, an unnamed woman, apparently found the brownies in her freezer and assumed she’d previously baked them and forgotten about them.
Her son admitted to making the brownies, and is likely to face community work as punishment.
The workers recovered after being given some cheese nachos and a Harold and Kumar DVD.
