BBM was surprised this week to hear about the man who has been charged with exposing himself, and playing with his genitals, in the men’s department of an American K-Mart store.

The man was questioned by police, and could not give police a reason of why he took part in a very different ‘blue light special’.
He is due in court on Wednesday. If convicted, he could get six months in jail and be fined up to $1,000.
