7-Year-Old Girl Gets Liposuction Voucher for ChristmasMothers aye? They’re so pushy! Do your homework this, get liposuction that – there’s just no end to their demands!

That’s certainly what little 7-year-old Poppy Burge from Cambridgeshire is discovering; although to be fair, her plastic surgery obsessed mother Sarah Burge insists that Poppy loves her gifts…

“[Poppy] asks for surgery all the time. She wants to look good and lipo is one of those procedures that will always come in handy.”

Dubbed the ‘Human Barbie Doll,’ Burge, 51, first attracted attention in 2010 for teaching then 6-year-old Poppy how to pole dance. Last year, Sarah also gave her daughter a £6000 voucher for a boob job as a birthday present.

She said in an interview with Closer magazine at the time: “Poppy begged me for a boob job, so I gave her the voucher so she can have it after she’s 16, when it’s legal.”

The voucher was part of a £12000 party package that included a pink pamper bus where Poppy and her friends got manicures, pedicures and makeovers. Poppy wore a £300 designer dress for the day, adding hair extensions and nail varnish.

Despite the harsh criticism Sarah Burge has attracted for encouraging her daughter to be a complete fruit-loop like her, she insists that she is not a bad mother:

“Some people think it’s controversial and I get angry when strangers say I’m a bad mother because I don’t think there’s any harm in giving her this gift.”

“Poppy is a normal kid who is good at sports and loves playing outside. Girls don’t want Snow White and Cinderella any more. They want to be WAGs and famous like Cheryl Cole and Lady Gaga. I’m just supporting her and making her dreams come true.”

Cheryl, Cheryl, Cheryl… You’ve got a lot to answer for.
