The undisputed king of pop culture parody ‘Weird Al’ Yankovich is back with his Mandatory World Tour, and has just revealed new tour dates in cities across Australia that are not to be missed.
With a career spanning four decades and a resume boasting four Grammy’s, Yankovich is the biggest-selling comedy recording artist in history. His new tour follows his overwhelmingly successful 14th album, ‘Mandatory Fun’, featuring wacky takes on popular songs such as Pharrell Williams’ ‘Happy’ (‘Tacky’) and Robin Thicke’s ‘Blurred Lines’ (‘Word Crimes’). As one of only three artists, alongside Michael Jackson and Madonna, to have had Top 40 singles in each of the last four decades, Yankovich is sure to promise a tour of both hysterical fun and musical genius.
