JOBLESS Welsh scrounger Charlotte Williams has picked up so many parking tickets she’s been given 42 years to pay them off at £5 a week.
Williams, 21, picked up 160 tickets to run a total bill of £9,600 after moving back in with her mum and dad. She sounds like quite a catch.
