The England’s Six Nations squad this week has been dealt a blow with both Brad Barritt (Saracens) and Geoff Parling (Leicester Tigers) unable to train earlier this week as they were being treated for knee medial ligament strains.

Lancaster Statement

England Head Coach Stuart Lancaster said: “Brad and Geoff are making encouraging progress and should be available, selection permitting, to play a significant part in the RBS 6 Nations. We’ll know more on Kyle and Tom later in the week when they have had further assessments.”
It’s looking like encouraging news in regards to England’s injury list but, is this a sign of what’s to come for England and the team’s chances at this year’s Six Nations?
