The one biggest risk of taking up your friends offer for a ‘few drinks’ on a Friday night is that you don’t stick to just those few drinks. When that happens then you can be pretty confident that there’s going to be some awkward memories recalled when you piece the night together the following morning.
Many have woken up bleary eyed and with the room is spinning and then have a sudden sense of panic cloak you has you realise you sent a lot of drunk text messages. Drunk texting is when you forget yourself and bombard friends with bizzare and borderline psychotic texts and is probably the most common way of reconnecting with old friends. What’s worse is that you could go full on ‘Drake Mode’ and message your ex!
That’s a major NO NO!
For lucky 19 year old Marcus Gray, he didn’t have to prepare an apology text to any of his former partners for his drunk texting. In fact the recipient was none other than himself and he was even kind enough to send a reply.
