No don’t worry fliers, it isn’t really the film that they are showing on BA flights, but they are now screening nervous flier videos for people who sweat like a cow in a slaughterhouse or just don’t want to watch Final Destination.
In the video, BA Pilot Steve Allright (you can trust a name like that) explains why you should trust a pilot, how an aircraft works and what causes turbulence. I’m feeling pretty relaxed about flying now, thanks Mr Allright.
Advice is also given on how to relax during a flight and the best way to deal with anxiety and feelings of panic. The best way to get people’s attention is film some hot stewardesses getting ready to take off on the flight, and then explain the rules for mile high club. Maybe that is another way to relax and enjoy the flight.
