God is everywhere, apparently, but his son, however, is in Sunderland on the side of a Chinese takeout.
The image of the son of God was spotted by two customers waiting for food at Mayho Chinese Takeaway in Tyne after a little boozing, well they do say God works in a mysterious ways.
Ian Ridley and Lawrence Boys were “a little drunk” when the saw Jesus’ face made out of dirt and chipped paint on the side of a Chinese takeout.
As reported by the Metro: “We were a little drunk at the time and went to get something to eat,” explained Mr Ridley.
They took a snap of the image which happens to be facing in the direction of a local church situated near the takeout.
“We were waiting for our meal outside when we saw it.
“It was Jesus looking right at us, we were shocked and couldn’t believe it. It’s a miracle!”
He added: “Since I took the picture, we have shown it to loads of people and all of them can see it instantly.
‘It is amazing and they can’t believe it.”
Cheese sandwiches, Google earth even Mars, Jesus’ face is everywhere these days just wait for the religious crazed flock to Sunderland to take some snaps with the face and grab some holy takeout.
