1 In 3 Babies Will Live To 100The pensions office have got their knickers in a right twist as it has been revealed that 1 in 3 babies in the UK will live to 100-years-old.

A report by the Office for National Statistics also revealed that Britain has 14,500 people who have reached 100=years-old compared with fewer than 600 people in 1961.

“Reforms in place are having to be cranked up otherwise we’re going to find ourselves in a situation where the money runs out.” Annie Shaw reported to the Metro.
“It’s great that we’re all living longer but it does mean there will be problems over how to fund our retirement.
“The government may have to make contributing to a pension compulsory if the automatic enrolment scheme rolled out in the autumn is not successful.
“It’s not a matter of saying someone else will provide because they won’t.”

Basically they’re going to up the pension age to 66-years-old now, as they’re worried the money is going to run out. Our advice to the nation is go out, drink yourselves stupid, eat loads of fatty foods, and participate in extreme sports. That way we’re sure there will be enough money to keep the clean living staff of BBM off the streets in our old age.
