Experimental cooking is all the rage and with celebrity chefs such as Heston Blumenthal pushing culinary boundaries it is no surprise that more and more people are trying it.
While Heston’s Egg and Bacon Ice Cream may not sound like the most appetising treat, KFC China has taken things a step further. KFC China will be launching a ‘Taste of Ireland’ campaign, through which their main offering will be Bailey’s Irish Cream infused chicken. (Sick bags at the ready)
It is difficult to believe that there is demand for creations such as these but as we know China has an acquired taste, with delicacies such as rooster blood and caterpillar fungus, we’re sure it’ll go down a treat.
