The Laser Lyrebird

 
This Australian Lyrebird seems to be a little broken as it was caught on camera producing some very peculiar sci-fi like sounds as Wen Hao Lee stopped to capture the bird.
The Aussie bird is famous for its ability to mimic the natural and artificial sounds that it hears. So, we can only imagine that the little thing has been kicking back with a Star Wars boxset in preparation for Episode VII – The Force Awakens release next year. Rumours are that JJ. Abrams is recruiting the little bird to provide the sound effects for the next instalment in the Star Wars franchise.
We feel it’s only a matter of time until somebody waves their magic editing wand and makes lasers come out of the Lyrebird’s eyes!
