So we all know Sleeping Beauty as the girl who would awake from her first kiss from her true love; the prince of course, and they both got married and lived happily ever after. We love a bit of true love here at BBM, especially when Ukraine twist the Sleeping Beauty tale into modern light and make it reality of course.
An art museum begun an experiment with five young girls, putting them all to sleep and the first to open their eyes from a kiss would have to marry that person like the fairy tale of course. But instead of a handsome prince, it was a princess that ‘sleeping beauty’ awoke to find tonguing her in front of Kiev.
But that isn’t the complicated part. Although these girls signed a CONTRACT to marry whoever kissed them, gay marriage is not allowed in Kiev so the two women cannot marry. You must feel for the two, put together through fate and a funny practical joke and now they just have to be friends.
The man behind the sleeping plan, Taras Polataiko, explained afterwards that the project was not a marriage agency but a form of magic and fairy tale. It’s basically an excuse for him to run away with the gorgeous women and convince them it’s a fairy tale.
