Former decent footballer #Rio Ferdinand has blown the lid off the nightmarish dungeon of tortures inflicted on Manchester United players during David Moyes’ reign of terror.
Apparently Scotch maniac Moyes refused to start 36-year-old #Rio in big games, made them play two-touch football in training and – horror of horrors – banned United stars from eating chips before games. We’re sure the good people of Syria are weeping at such human rights abuses.
“It was a ritual that we had low-fat chips the night before a game. We loved our chips,” wrote serial Twitter twat Ferdinand in his new book, which is being serialised in The Sun. “But Moyes comes in and, after his first week, he says we can’t have chips any more.”
Luckily, the Jar-Jar-Binks-alike is now working under Harry Redknapp, a man who clearly loves his fry ups.
