Life Ban From All Libraries

 
Indecent exposure is always a dodgy subject especially when it’s done in such an unsuspecting location like your run of the mill library but that didn’t stop one man back in 2013.
At the time of his offence the 20 year old man casually whipped out his member and began bashing one out, making no attempt at concealing his sex act. Shockingly the young male from Racine, Wisconsin was caught and even though his crime was warranting a sizeable punishment, we at BBM were shocked to find out that someone has the authority to dish out this extreme ban.
The courts set a bond of $1,000  for openly masturbating and even though the man, now 22 apologised to the arresting officer the judge sentenced him to one hell of a ban. Not was he band from the Racine Public Library but also “all the libraries on the face of the earth.”

Damn! Like we’re not frequent visitors to our local library but we like the idea of popping in to enjoy a relaxing read.
He must have his face up on a bulletin board at every library from Wisconsin to Chiyoda, Tokyo.
