Down every high street is a shopper and with every item comes a price tag. While men have an obsession with; nights out, ‘hitting’ the gym, playing sports or chatting up birds, one simple word that women abide by like a written code of law is shopping.
So for a guy to take a leaf out of a woman’s book and beat it by such a distance that over fourteen years, it’s worth over one million pound, this catergorises as so far across borderline crazy, that he should go to jail, don’t collect £200 and don’t pass go! And that’s exactly what has happened to American Jordan Michael Geller (and no that’s not a type error!).
The sneaker buying enthusiast has taken to Ebay to finally put up for sale his collection of a whopping 2,500 pairs of Nike shoes. Since his younger days, Michael’s passion for the comfortable and stylish footwear stemmed from his dad who used to be a marathon runner who took his son to the sneaker shop.
Over-the-top-needs-to-get-a-life Geller is only holding onto two pairs, one that used to be worn by Steve Prefontaine on the track in athletics and the other was a pair of Air Jordan’s used by the iconic star himself during a game.
One thing’s for sure, he won’t be having money problems anymore, he just needs to get his head checked out as to why he kept them this long!
