Unfortunately, the locals have found the name of the guesthouse a little, erm, hard to swallow – and the owner, Neil Marshall, has been given a deadline to change it or risk getting an ASBO.
But defiant Neil said he might even change the name to ‘The Niagra Hotel: Keeping You Wet All Night’.
“They are looking at any way they can to get to me – but I want a fight,” he said. “I don’t think Pfeizer, which threatened me over copyright on the name, can get me to change. Now the council have given me 21 days or I might get an ASBO. I’m not bothered though, bring it on – business has been great since all this started.”
