The married man is a sufferer of pilonidal cysts and has had several operations to have them removed. Unfortunately for the mystery man, the surgery has left him without a bum. If you thought that it couldn’t get any worse for the dude, the cysts don’t go away, “But they keep coming back, and it’ll probably just get worse as I age.”
