Now we aren’t talking a dog turning into Dirty Harry and flipping a gun on its owner and pulling the trigger, we are talking more Animal films where a gun might just happen to find its way into a dogs paw or mouth. And we all know a dog’s paw is deadlier than anything.
A Blue Gascony Basset caught the trigger of the gun after jumping in the air whilst his owner was deer hunting. So in a way, for animal rights lovers this is a karma story gone right. The bullet shattered the huntsman’s hand and was later amputated. Oh PETA I bet you are loving reading this.
The huntsman also added that he blamed himself for not putting the safety catch up, and did not blame his dog at all. Rene, the huntsman, also said that the dog was the youngest of three and the other two ran off looking for deer. So not only is he a trained killer of deer, but he’s like a Qui Gon Jin of dogs. Watch out people, this man and his paw could be deadly.
