Aww, it seems that one duck loves Matt Smith in Doctor Who too much by wearing an adorable bow tie. Either that or he’s been watching that Wallace and Gromit with the penguin with a gun. But this little rascal has been clamped down on for an illegal activity that he shouldn’t have been doing the ducking bastard.
Well not that bad, but the little quacker was collecting for charity for sick youngsters around Bideford and was regularly raising £200 a day. But now, according to council law, he is only allowed to perform this act once a month as he needs a 28 day permit to be able to collect for charity. I mean come on; you see a duck wearing a bow tie how can you clamp down on that?
Well, the locals love Quacks, which isn’t his name but a made up one, and aren’t happy with the council’s decision. But maybe one day, the charity raising duck will return and keep us all laughing. Not at his bow tie though, just to clear that one up.
