Bad Medicine

BBM’s mum used to have a saying about medicine. “Prevention is better than cure,” she’d say. Our dad used to have a saying, too: “Some people are fucking idiots.”
Unfortunately for a bunch of teenagers in Liberia, they were both right – after the dumbass youngsters broke into an ebola isolation ward to steal medicine, mattresses and bedding. While they were at it, they almost certainly picked up the deadly disease, too. A taste of their own bad medicine!
Not only that, but they were heard shouting “there is no ebola” as they went on their crime spree – which is kind of like yelling “there’s no such thing as semi-automatic weapons!” while trying to steal a tip jar from a bar in Alabama.
Seventeen ebola patients, who were in the ward at the time, fled the scene and have not been located since. Cemeteries might be a good place to start looking.
