Why bother with all the hustle, bustle and fussle of raising a child when you can just sell it on Gumtree if it becomes too much hassle?
That’s what someone in Brazil did after offering a baby for £270 on market website OLX because the mother claimed it “cried a lot” and she “wanted some sleep”. By a strange coincidence, that’s also what BBM’s girlfriend does and says whenever we pester her for sex.
“We are trying to locate the person who posted the advert. We believe that the individual may live in the Campos Eliseos neighbourhood of the city [of Aparecida de Goiânia],” Police Child Protection officer, Marcela Orçai, said.
It seems to be BBM that everyone is quick to point the finger at the parents, but what about the baby? We’ve seen Look Who’s Talking, they’re pretty smart at that age – what if this is a ruse by the toddler to pocket a cool £270? Or what if it’s Danny de Vito in a nappy? We’ve not seen him in a film for a while, maybe he’s struggling to make ends meet?
