In the constantly demanding ever-evolving world we live in, inventors are always coming up with new fresh inventive ideas. You suddenly feel like your getting an Einstein moment, and a light bulb clicks. Well that’s exactly what happened to one genius over at Japanese company Naigai.
Just when you thought everything had already been invented, one go-getter saw a gap in the market with…. socks with holes in them? Hold on am I reading that right!
Yes the Japanese business believed that in their culture and country, with gaps in socks at an all time high, and with embarrassment to match, when you consider they often take there shoes off in public places like restaurants, something has got to give to save face.
So the scientific egg heads at the company came up with some marvelous ‘technology’ whereby you put a ‘strategically placed’ gap in the heel of the sock which prevents holes cropping up in other parts of your least favourite item of clothing. Apparently it also ticks the comfort boxes as well because it keeps the foot at optimum temperature, allowing your feet to breath when doing your day to day activities.
Might have to order myself a pair of these bad boys , no doubt it will be a huge *ahem* success!
