With Valentines Day coming up a lot of us are planning what gifts and activities we are going to lavish upon our loved one. In Russia however a couple have gone a little too far with their dedication to one another. Already notorious tattooist Rouslan Toumaniantz has tattooed his own name in black five inch letters across his girlfriend’s face!
Russian woman Lesya claims to be happy with the inking from her Belgian boyfriend, the same Belgian who fled his home country in 2009 after tattooing 56 stars on an 18 year old’s face.
