A Christian couple in their 70s who go to church every Sunday have been handed a bill of over £500 for watching an average of 12 hours porn a day. Even BBM doesn’t get through that much, and let’s just say that Sunday isn’t exactly a day of rest for our right hand.
Ann, 71, and Ron Hayward, 74, said that they were “disgusted” by Virgin Media’s extortionate usage charges for what they label an “Additional Feature (18)”.
Baffled Ann, a retired nursery nurse, said: “I think that kind of thing is disgusting, I am 71 and they said to me, ‘Where were you at 2am?’
“I said, ‘Well I wasn’t out clubbing it was I? And I was hardly sat in my front room watching porn.’ I have been married since I was 18 – we have no interest in that kind of thing I can assure you.”
We’re sure YOU haven’t got an interest in it Ann, but it’s strange how your husband’s so quiet about all this.
