Find out which teams are out of the World Cup?

Australia are now out of the World Cup following their tragic 2 nil defeat to Peru on the 26th June. Unfortunately for Peru the win wasn’t enough as they are also out due to their earlier loss against France but the action is in no way over as we still have over two weeks of World Cup action ahead of us.

Group A

Egypt and Saudi Arabia were both unable to come up with the good and are now out the tournament of the World Cup.

Group B

Iran and Morocco are currently on their way home after unfortunate results and much controversy but that means Spain and Portugal are both through to the semi final rounds which kick off next week.

Group C

Tragically Australia have now been knocked out after being defeated by Peru in last nights match but at the win was bitter sweat for Peru as they are also off home leaving France and Denmark to move on to the next stage of the tournament.

Group D

Next up in the departure lounge are Iceland and Nigeria, leaving Croatia and Argentina still in the running.

Group E

Group E still have a few games to play but Costa Rica will be heading home while Brazil, Serbia and Switzerland battle it out.

Group F

All group F teams are still in with a fighting chance and we’ll be enjoying all the games live at the World Cup Fan Zone at the Coogee Bay Hotel in Sydney. Catch Mexico, Germany, Sweden and Korean Republic Battle it out.

Group G

Tunisia and Panama are now also are out leaving Belgium and England to battle for top spot on the 28th June at 11:30pm AEST.

Group H

Poland have been knocked out leaving Japan, Senegal and Colombia still in the running.
