Japan EarthquakeThis isn’t funny news at all, but this is the first section you’ll see the news. 2012 has started with a bang for Japan as an earthquake has hit South of Japan.

It has been reported that the Japan earthquake 2012 had a magnitude of 7.0, as buildings were swaying and shaking. Japanese officials have said that there is no risk of a tsunami hitting.

According to The Associated Press the earthquake struck near the uninhabited island of Torishima in the Pacific Ocean, 370 miles south of Tokyo, and its epicenter was around 230 miles below the sea, according to the Meterological Agency.

Not such a Happy New Year for Japan. Come on, let Japan have one year without a natural disaster especially these devastating earthquakes. Lord knows the 11th March Japan earthquake and tsunami was bad enough.
