A trip to the Villa Park with memories from the opening day of the season seeing them 3-1 crumbling to defeat of their hosts, Aston Villa could have left some Arsenal fans with a little to be wary about. However, you just have to ignore the resulting form of Arsenal after that loss and just maybe the Aston Villa supporters could still dream of claiming a shock double over the North London team.

Aston Villa snatched one back on the 76th minute with Christian Benteke getting the consolation goal, his first since 14th of September. Villa Manager, Paul Lambert will be hoping Benteke now has found the goal scoring form that saw him take the Premier League by storm in his debut season
Perhaps slightly too optimistically Lambert said “You have to give us credit. We came into it but we might have snuck a draw.”
