Flood Warnings hit UKAs if we Brits don’t have enough to grumble about, the crap weather is now officially upon us. Flood alerts for the south west of England and Wales are being up-graded to flood warnings. Apparently we can look forward to heavy and persistent rain fall that’s already reached over an inch in parts of Devon & Cornwall. Businesses and homeowners in some areas have been told to brace themselves for the inevitable disruptions and flooding. Along with the power showers we’ll also be getting up to 68mph winds. All together now folks… sigh. The wild weather’s said to heading north east this week eventually reaching Scotland late Tuesday. The poor Scots aren’t going to know whats hit em’. With the Met Office telling us to “be aware” guess we’ll have to kiss goodbye to our trick-or-treating
plans this weekend.
