Conor McGregor Has Claimed His UFC Comeback

McGregor was scheduled to make his return at UFC 303 in June 2024 against Michael Chandler. However, he had to pull out because of a broken toe during training.

 Last year Conor McGregor claimed that his UFC comeback against Michael Chandler, just days after hitting out at the promotion.

Conor McGregor has eased fears around his comeback fight with Michael Chandler, posting a series of sparring videos on social media. Fans began to fear on Monday (3 June) that the UFC 303 main event might not go ahead on 29 June 2024, after a pre-fight press conference was cancelled on short notice.

Injury Setbacks & Delays

McGregor was scheduled to make his return at UFC 303 in June 2024 against Michael Chandler. However, he had to pull out because of a broken toe during training.

Due to that and other complications, it was confirmed by UFC President Dana White that McGregor would not fight in 2024

Conor McGregor’s comeback is still in the works but has been repeatedly delayed by injury. The next few months or early 2025 seem likely for his return, assuming everything goes smoothly. UFC and McGregor both appear committed to making it happen. Until then, fans remain in anticipation.
